The Bill (Reg. No.2315) reduces the rate of penalty for non-payment or untimely payment of insurance fees to the Pension Fund of Ukraine by insurers to the rate of 10% of the debt instead of effective 10, 20 and 50 per cent (depending on the term of payment delay). The Bill also envisages the right for payment of penalty and surcharges by installments.
